The double-layer membrane gas storage cabinet has a 3/4 sphere shape and is fixed on a cement base by rails. The main body is made of specially processed polyester material (the main components are PVDF-polyvinylidene fluoride and special anti-corrosion formula). The cabinet consists of an outer membrane, an inner membrane, a bottom membrane (ground cabinet) and auxiliary equipment. It has the ability to resist ultraviolet rays and various microorganisms, is highly fireproof and meets German standards. A variable-capacity airtight space is formed between the inner membrane and the bottom membrane (ground cabinet) for storing gas, and the outer membrane constitutes the spherical shape of the storage cabinet. Using the outer membrane air intake blower constant pressure, when the inner membrane gas volume decreases, the outer membrane is inhaled between the inner and outer membranes through the blower to maintain the design pressure of the inner membrane gas. When the gas volume increases, the inner membrane stretches normally, and the excess air of the outer membrane is discharged through the safety valve, so that the inner membrane gas pressure is always constant at a required design pressure. The insulation principle of the adjustable membrane gas storage cabinet: filling air between the inner and outer membranes can effectively block the entry of external cold air.
